Our second TEDxBemidji event will take place from 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at The Historic Chief Theater, downtown Bemidji, Minnesota. The event will feature eight speakers and a performance.
This year’s theme is Momentum. Are we going to let momentum happen to us? Or will we shape the momentum to create the community we want to be part of?

WHAT IS TEDX?
|
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxBemidji, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxBemidji event, TEDTalks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.
